Handmade Policy
Craftsmen and brands that cannot sell at CraftTop:
- Products not created by you or your trademark master (exception - "Creative Materials" section).
- Goods whose sale and manufacture infringe copyright (trademarks, patents, etc.).
- Mass production of products without the idea and design of the author (except for the heading "materials for creativity." They can be placed in material for craft).
- Sketches of future work. The photograph may only be a finished product or an example of a similar finished product made by your brand or workshop.
- Products created by another manufacturer (old and b/y goods).
- Alcohol and tobacco products or smoke devices.
- All kinds of drugs.
- Medical equipment, appliances, and all medicinal substances.
- Pyrotechnic and explosive devices.
- A weapon that requires permission.
- Human organs, tissues, and other anatomical materials.
- Animals and prohibited food on that basis.
- Any type of property.
- Spare parts for cars, agricultural, and household gadgets.
- Effects, documents, and personal information about users.
- Equipment designed for the illegal retrieval of information (photo, video recording, wiretapping), copies, and carriers of this information.
- Copies and forgeries of all goods.
- Stolen goods.
- All media and objects of pornographic themes.
- Intimate Services.
- Products that displays the intimate parts of the human body, products in the form of intimate parts of the human body (partially or completely naked), products that demonstrate human sexual relations, and images or verbal descriptions of intimate subjects in vulgar form.
- Products that depict cruelty and violence.
- Products that promote racial, religious, and ethnic hatred.
- Computer programs, codes, and viruses.
- Discount cards and coupons for all types of services and product
- Bank cards.
- Goods whose movement is prohibited by Dutch law.
- Goods that require approval
- Goods with signs of political agitation.
- Representatives of flora and fauna included in the International Convention of CITES and/or included in the Red Book, as well as hides and skins of animals, stuffed animals, hides, horns, limbs, fangs, and tusks.
