Crafttop Rules for Craftsmen and Brands

• Only post photos of your products.Do not use photos of other commodities.
• Only one product can be inserted into one product card.
• Do not duplicate the same product in the store.
• A seller can establish variety of stores, but the goods in these stores must be different.
• Do not refer to other sources (including social networks, blogs, and personal sites) in descriptions or messages, and do not post your contacts there.
• The prevailing price of the product must be clearly stated. To upload the prices for different variants of the same product, use "variations". Always ensure to mention the price in the description.
• Do not place any additional instructions on the card that do not apply to this product.
• If the product is not moderated, it can be edited and returned for inspection.

• You can add up to 10 photos to each product.
• You can add videos
• The weight of each photo must not exceed 1 MB. The allowed aspect ratio is - 1:1, 4:3 or 3:2
• The photos must be of high quality: Sharp (not blurry) and without "grit".
• It is necessary to take a photo in natural light to avoid distortion of the actual color of the product.
• It is better to choose a contrasting background for the photo. It should not merge with the product and not distract attention from it.
• The photograph must display the dimensions of the goods. You can use extra features in the frame, but they need to look appropriate and esthetic. Do not use coins, matchboxes, lighters, or rulers.
• You can add a logo to the photo, but it should not cover the product or parts of it (even if the logo is transparent).
• Do not add to the photo ornaments, stickers, frames, and other types of decoration using graphic editors. Such photos will be rejected by the moderator.
• In place of collage of photos, it is better to upload each individually. Exceptions - developing books and albums, because they allow collages in all but the first photos.
• First, upload a full-size photo of the product. Note the details in the following photos to enable the buyer have a vivid view of the product from all angles
• Do not post contacts, external information, or addresses from other sources and links (including @store name on Instagram). If your contact card is on the frame, ensure that no contacts are displayed.
• If you need additional brackets for the photo (mannequins, stands, etc.), make sure it looks esthetically appealing.

• Discard any post, products, or other content that fails to match the Craft theme, advertise other sources, violate site rules, or the laws of Ukraine.
• Modify or delete part of the seller's content (photos, title, description) if it does not comply with the rules of the site.
• Delete reviews of any goods.
• Transfer the goods to another section or category of the site if the goods chosen by the seller are not suitable.
• Use content to promote and advertise sales reps to drive sales.
• Act as referee if a dispute arises between buyer and seller.
• Block a user and his store from breaking the rules of the site.

Examples of grounds for blocking:

• Fraud by the commission,
• Attempts to lure potential buyers to other resources and messengers,
• The transferring of the telephone number in correspondence on the spot,
• Sales in messages without placing an order on the site,
• The spread of spam,
• The use of photographs of international goods,
• Making identical cards of the same goods,
• Insulting employees and other users of the site,
• Failure to fulfill obligations toward buyers or the site,
• Decision to ignore or failure to comply with the decision in the event of arbitration on the disputed situation between users,
• Attempt to hack another user's account to obtain the user's logins and passwords,
• Violation of other rules of the site,
• Unfair reviews.

We can block the user for 7 days or more if it is necessary for the user to correct the consequences of the violation. We cannot block the user more than 3 times. After the 4th block, access to the account will not be restored. In some violations, the site representative can block the user forever from the first time.
