Full overview of your seller profile
The link that you will receive in your e-mail upon registration will take you to your vendor profile.
It consists of different pages and sections that are responsible for a specific action.
1. In the upper left corner, when you hover over your name / store name, you see a drop-down list. In this part of the control panel, you can change the language, currency, profile information, and store/merchant information. Also here you can change your password or delete your profile permanently.
On the left side of the control panel there are various tabs/pages.
2. Page HOME. A general dashboard that gives you the opportunity to track the statistics of your work, here you can contact the administrator for support, see the sales graph, see in numbers how much you have earned, etc.
3. Page "ORDERS". Here you can separately view the order history, date, payment information, etc. Also here you will see requests to call for you from the buyer.
4. On the "PRODUCT" page, you upload your products / new product. How to do this is described in detail in this section How do I add the product?. Also here you will find your reviews.
5. Through the page "MESSAGE CENTER" you will see the history of correspondence with buyers and the administrator of CraftTop marketplace.
6. Through the page "MARKETING" you can buy additional advertising for your products. We describe in detail how to do this separately in the section How to promote your product/service
7. On the page "ACCOUNTING" you will see all the information about the movement of your funds within the platform
