What Is Stripe And The Payment Provider Fees?
Stripe is our Payment Provider and the fees are 1.4% + €0.25 on each order.We utilise Stripe for our payments for both sales and automated vendor payouts. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
When you make a sale, our commission and Stripe’s payment fee is automatically taken and the rest is transferred to you within 7 days.
Why don’t we use PayPal? Simply put, to save our vendors money. Stipe has lower fees to PayPal allowing our vendors to take home more of their hard earner money.
